The website

The site describes our services and the work we have done for clients. Case studies link to our clients’ live websites; those sites belong to our clients and are governed by their own terms.

Enquiries and the Vision Builder

Sending us a form or a Vision Builder blueprint is an enquiry, not an order. The project size and pages suggested by the Vision Builder are a starting point for our conversation — every project is quoted individually, and nothing is agreed until we both sign a written proposal.

Support plans

Ongoing support — updates, fixes, hosting care and improvements — is provided through the support plan agreed with each client. General guidance is always free.

Our content

The CribLabs name, logo, design and content of this site belong to CribLabs. Client names, logos and screenshots are shown with our clients’ permission and remain theirs. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.

Liability

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
