This policy explains what information CribLabs (“we”, “us”) collects through criblabs.in and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, the short form or the Vision Builder, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, company and what you want to build — and your Vision Builder answers.
• Basic, anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example “Start a project”, WhatsApp or form submissions). It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages securely. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions (spam protection).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a timeline and quote.
• To send you one confirmation email when you contact us.
• To improve the website based on anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails without asking you first.

Who processes it

• Resend delivers the emails generated by our forms to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and support relationship.
